The Wojo Report from DirtyBikes Sprint Enduro Series round-one

Machine Racing/Yamaha Press Release June 12, 2010 – Burnt River, Ontario

One-Two Punch!

The first round of the Dirty Bike’s Enduro Sprint series, sponsored by Machine Racing, turned out to be a pretty good day for the Yamaha/Machine Racing team. Both Brian “Wojo” Wojnarowski and Adam Millson had amazing runs, finishing first and second respectively. The weather wasn’t optimal; it was cold and rainy, but being tough off road riders, the Yamaha/Machine boys were unfazed.

They were equally unphased by the log sections, giant tires, rocks and water; and really, would it be a race at Burnt River if there wasn’t water and rocks?

Wojo went through the Extreme test well, and everyone expected him to do so. What people were more surprised was how well Millson went through. Not that the #22 rider isn’t a strong and skilled rider, but he has clearly stepped up his training in the technical sections.

“I loved the format,” Wojo said after the race was over. “It was really fun, and it’s exactly what we need. It’s going to help anyone who wants to race the CEC rounds.”

“It was a lot of fun,” said Millson. “And I think it’s great for spectators; lots of things they can watch.”

Wojo and Millson would like to thank all of their sponsors: Yamaha Canada, Machine Racing, LGS Suspension Development and Podium Grafix. In addition, Wojo would like to thank Orthoflex, Electrosport,, PerformX Motocross Training and Trail Tours.
